Ingredients

  • 1 oz Irish whiskey
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 0.25 oz melon liqueur
  • Champagne to top
  • Simple syrup and gold sugar sprinkles for rimming

Instructions

  • Prepare the Glass: Dip the rim of a champagne flute into simple syrup, then coat it with gold sugar sprinkles for a shimmering finish.
  • Mix the Cocktail: In a shaker, combine Irish whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and melon liqueur.
  • Shake: Add ice and shake for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into the prepared champagne flute.
  • Finish: Top with champagne and allow the bubbles to blend the ingredients naturally.
