Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • ½ oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1 oz key lime juice
  • Lime slice for garnish
  • Crushed Graham for rimming

Instructions

  • Run a bit of lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip it into crushed graham.
  • Juice the Limes: Squeeze the juice from two key limes and add to your cocktail shaker.
  • Shake: Add coconut rum, vanilla vodka, pineapple juice, and heavy cream to the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled and creamy.
  • Strain: Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish: Add a lime slice to the rim or float on top for a bright finish.
