Ingredients
- 2 ounces Vodka
- 1 ounce Triple Sec
- 1 ounce Lime Juice
- 1 ounce Kiwi Puree
- Kiwi slice and lime wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Kiwi Puree: Peel and blend one ripe kiwi until smooth. Strain to remove seeds if desired.
- Mix the Drink: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, triple sec, fresh lime juice and kiwi puree.
- Shake Well: Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish: Garnish with a slice of kiwi and a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
