Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • 1 ounce Triple Sec
  • 1 ounce Lime Juice
  • 1 ounce Kiwi Puree
  • Kiwi slice and lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Kiwi Puree: Peel and blend one ripe kiwi until smooth. Strain to remove seeds if desired.
  • Mix the Drink: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, triple sec, fresh lime juice and kiwi puree.
  • Shake Well: Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish: Garnish with a slice of kiwi and a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
