Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup adjust to taste
  • Kiwi slice for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Kiwi Puree:

  • In a blender, combine the peeled and sliced kiwis. Blend until smooth.

Mix the Cocktail:

  • In a cocktail shaker, add the kiwi puree, vodka, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve:

  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass using a fine mesh strainer to remove any kiwi seeds.
