Enjoy the refreshing taste of a Plum Mojito. Fresh plums and mint create a perfect summer drink. Try this recipe today.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe plums pitted and chopped
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 oz sugar
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • Club soda
  • Mint sprig and plum slice for garnish

Instructions

Muddle Plums and Mint:

  • In a cocktail shaker, add the chopped plums, mint leaves, and sugar. Muddle well until the plums are crushed and the mint is aromatic.

Add Lime Juice and Rum:

  • Pour in the lime juice and white rum. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Strain and Pour:

  • Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.

Top with Club Soda:

  • Top off the drink with club soda and stir gently to combine.

Garnish:

  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of plum.

Serve:

  • Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Plum Mojito.
