Make a crisp and refreshing Apple Mojito with fresh mint, green apple, and rum. Try this easy recipe today.

Ingredients

  • 1 green apple diced
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1/2 oz sugar
  • 1/2 lime cut into wedges
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 2 ounces apple juice
  • Club soda
  • Mint sprig and apple slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle Ingredients: In a glass, add the diced green apple, mint leaves, sugar, and lime wedges. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently muddle the ingredients, releasing the flavors.
  • Add Rum and Juice: Pour in the white rum and apple juice. Stir well to combine.
  • Add Ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Top with Club Soda: Top off the drink with club soda. Give it a gentle stir.
  • Garnish: Garnish with a sprig of mint and a few slices of apple.
  • Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Apple Mojito.
