Enjoy a refreshing Plum Martini with fresh plums, vodka, and lime. Try this easy recipe today.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz plum liqueur
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 ripe plum sliced
  • Plum slice or twist for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Glass: Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water. Set it aside.
  • Muddle the Plum: In a cocktail shaker, add the ripe plum slices. Muddle them until they release their juices.
  • Add Ingredients: Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  • Pour in 2 oz of vodka, 1 oz of plum liqueur, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 1/2 oz of simple syrup.
  • Shake: Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain: Empty the ice water from the chilled martini glass.
  • Strain the mixture into the glass.
  • Garnish: Garnish with a slice or twist of plum on the rim of the glass
