Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz strawberry liqueur
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 4-5 strawberries
  • Strawberry slices or a whole strawberry for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries:

  • Hull and slice the fresh strawberries.
  • Place them in a cocktail shaker and muddle them until they are well crushed and juicy.

Mix the Cocktail:

  • Add the vodka, strawberry liqueur, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.

Strain and Serve:

  • Double strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass to remove the strawberry seeds and ice.
  • Garnish with a slice of strawberry or a whole strawberry on the rim of the glass.
