Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz mango puree you can also use store-bought if fresh mangoes aren't available.
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • Mango slice or lime wheel for garnish Optional, for decoration.

Instructions

Prepare the Mango Puree:

  • Peel and chop a ripe mango. Blend the pieces in a blender until smooth. Strain through a sieve to get a smooth puree.

Mix the Cocktail:

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, mango puree, triple sec, and lime juice.
  • Add ice to fill the shaker halfway.
  • Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients well.

Serve:

  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass to remove the ice.
  • Garnish with a slice of mango or a wheel of lime on the rim of the glass.
