Try the Kiwi Gin Fizz for a refreshing twist on your cocktail menu. Easy to make and perfect for summer.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe kiwis peeled and sliced
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Club soda
- Kiwi slices and lime wheel for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Kiwi Puree:
- In a blender, blend the sliced kiwis until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
Mix the Cocktail:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the kiwi puree, gin, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup. Add ice and shake well until chilled.
Pour and Top:
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and gently stir.
Garnish:
- Garnish with kiwi slices and a lime wheel.
