Prepare the Kiwi Puree:

Mix the Cocktail:

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the kiwi puree, gin, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup. Add ice and shake well until chilled.

Pour and Top:

  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and gently stir.
