  • Muddle the Kiwi: In a cocktail shaker, add the chopped kiwi. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently mash the kiwi until it’s thoroughly crushed and juicy.
  • Add Ingredients: Pour in the gin, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake It Up: Fill the shaker with ice, then cover and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
