Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Pomegranate seeds and lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

Chill the Glass:

  • Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer to chill while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients:

  • In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, pomegranate juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake:

  • Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.

Strain:

  • Take the chilled glass out of the freezer.
  • Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
