Enjoy the tangy zest of a refreshing Raspberry Gin Rickey, a delicious mix of fresh raspberries, zesty lime, and sparkling water.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • Sparkling water
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 10 raspberries
  • 1/2 oz sugar
  • A lime wheel and extra raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Put the raspberries, gin, lime juice, and sugar in the glass. Muddle them together to mix the flavors.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour sparkling water over the ice until the glass is almost full.
  • Stir the mixture gently.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and a few raspberries on top.
