- 1/2 oz Cranberry simple syrup
- 1 Egg white
- Soda water
Instructions
Mix the Cocktail:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, cranberry simple syrup, and egg white.
- Dry shake (shake without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Add Ice and Shake:
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for about 15-20 seconds, until well-chilled.
