  • In a small saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water. Heat until the sugar dissolves, then let it cool.

Mix the Cocktail:

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, fresh blood orange juice, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.

Dry Shake:

  • Shake the mixture vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds. This helps to emulsify the egg white, giving the cocktail a frothy texture.
