Instructions
Mix the Cocktail:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the limoncello, Empress Gin, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes to chill the mixture without diluting it too quickly.
Shake:
- Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold, about 15-20 seconds.
Serve:
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. The Empress Gin will give the drink a lovely lavender hue.
Garnish:
- Optionally, garnish with a twist of lemon peel or a small edible flower to enhance the visual appeal.
