Smoky mezcal, bitter Campari, sweet vermouth unite in a Mezcal Negroni.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce mezcal
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • Orange twist or orange peel for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail mixing glass or mason jar with fresh ice.
  • Add the mezcal, Campari, and sweet vermouth to the mixing glass.
  • Stir the ingredients with a bar spoon until they are well combined and chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with an orange twist or orange peel.
