Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz crème de menthe
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Lemon peel for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaf for garnish
  • 3 drops bitters for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, crème de menthe, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  • Dry shake (without ice) vigorously to emulsify the egg white.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into an ice-filled glass.
  • Garnish with a fresh mint leaf, lemon peel, and 3 drops of bitters.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
