Sparkling wine, Campari, sweet vermouth create a fizzy, light Negroni Sbagliato.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
- 1 1/2 ounces Campari
- 1 1/2 ounces Prosecco or other sparkling wine
- Orange peel or slice for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a rocks glass with ice and set it aside.
- In a cocktail shaker or pitcher, combine the sweet vermouth and Campari.
- Add ice to the shaker or pitcher and stir to combine and chill the mixture.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass.
- Top the drink with Prosecco or other sparkling wine.
- Garnish the drink with an orange slice or peel.
