Sparkling wine, Campari, sweet vermouth create a fizzy, light Negroni Sbagliato.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
  • 1 1/2 ounces Campari
  • 1 1/2 ounces Prosecco or other sparkling wine
  • Orange peel or slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a rocks glass with ice and set it aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker or pitcher, combine the sweet vermouth and Campari.
  • Add ice to the shaker or pitcher and stir to combine and chill the mixture.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass.
  • Top the drink with Prosecco or other sparkling wine.
  • Garnish the drink with an orange slice or peel.
