- 1 ounce rye whiskey or bourbon
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce egg white optional
- 1/4 ounce red wine
Combine Ingredients: In a shaker, combine the rye whiskey or bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using).
Dry Shake: If using egg white, dry shake (without ice) for about 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
