Ingredients

  • 1½ oz passion fruit liqueur
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 1 oz soda water
  • ¾ oz Empress gin to float
  • Optional garnish: lime wheel, passion fruit seeds or edible flower

Instructions

  • Build in Glass: Fill a wine or spritz glass with ice. Add passion fruit liqueur, Prosecco, and soda water. Stir gently to combine.
  • Float the Gin: Slowly pour Empress gin over the back of a spoon to float on top, creating a layered effect.
  • Garnish (optional): Add an lime wheel, edible flower, or a spoonful of passion fruit pulp for a tropical touch.
