- 2 oz watermelon chunks
- 1.5 oz aged rum
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/6 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Garnish: lime wedge
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the watermelon chunks until well crushed.
- Add the aged rum, triple sec, lime juice, simple syrup, and cayenne pepper to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
