Ingredients

  • 2 oz watermelon chunks
  • 1.5 oz aged rum
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/6 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Garnish: lime wedge

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the watermelon chunks until well crushed.
  • Add the aged rum, triple sec, lime juice, simple syrup, and cayenne pepper to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
