  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz peach syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Lemon wedge or peach slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Dry Shake: Add vodka, peach syrup, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker. Shake without ice for about 15 seconds to build foam.
  • Wet Shake: Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  • Strain: Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
  • Garnish: Top with a lemon wedge or peach slice for a colorful, fragrant finish.
