- 2 ounces peppermint vodka
- ½ ounce coffee liqueur
- 1 ounce freshly brewed espresso
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- peppermint candies or candy canes crushed (optional, for garnish)
In a cocktail shaker, add ice, peppermint vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup.
Shake vigorously until the mixture becomes frothy.
Strain the mixture into a martini glass, giving the shaker an extra shake at the end to pour out all the foam.
