Ingredients

  • 2 ounce vodka
  • 1.5 ounces Kahlua Peppermint Mocha
  • 1 ounces heavy cream
  • 0.5 ounce chocolate syrup
  • Crushed candy canes for rimming
  • Simple syrup for rimming

Instructions

  • Pour a small amount of simple syrup onto a plate. Dip the rim of a rocks glass into the syrup, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then, dip the rim into crushed candy canes, pressing gently so they adhere. Set the glass aside to allow the rim to set.
  • Add ice to the prepared glass.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the Kahlua Peppermint Mocha, vodka, chocolate syrup, and heavy cream. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled.
  • Strain the cocktail into the prepared rocks glass. Enjoy immediately for a delicious, festive treat.

  • For a thicker, more dessert-like texture, substitute heavy cream with half and half or even a splash of chocolate milk.
  • To enhance the chocolate flavor, drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass before pouring the cocktail.
