In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, peppermint vodka, Irish cream, and coffee liqueur. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Add half of the crushed peppermint to the blender and pulse briefly to incorporate.
Set up two plates: one with a layer of chocolate syrup and the other with the remaining crushed peppermint. Dip the rim of a highball glass into the chocolate syrup, then into the crushed peppermint to coat.
Drizzle additional chocolate syrup along the inside of the glass for a decorative effect.
Pour the blended ice cream mixture into the prepared glass.
For an extra festive touch, top with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a sprinkle of crushed peppermint.
