- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 ounces peppermint vodka
- 1 ounce Irish cream liqueur
- 1 ounce coffee liqueur
- Crushed peppermint for rimming and garnish
- 2 ounces chocolate syrup
- Whipped cream optional, for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, peppermint vodka, Irish cream, and coffee liqueur. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add half of the crushed peppermint to the blender and pulse briefly to incorporate.
- Set up two plates: one with a layer of chocolate syrup and the other with the remaining crushed peppermint. Dip the rim of a highball glass into the chocolate syrup, then into the crushed peppermint to coat.
- Drizzle additional chocolate syrup along the inside of the glass for a decorative effect.
- Pour the blended ice cream mixture into the prepared glass.
- For an extra festive touch, top with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a sprinkle of crushed peppermint.
