Ingredients

  • oz elderflower rose gin
  • 1 oz rose liqueur
  • ¼ oz crème de violette
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz coconut milk
  • 2 dashes lavender bitters
  • Garnish optional: edible flower or lavender sprig

Instructions

  • Add elderflower rose gin, rose liqueur, crème de violette, lemon juice, coconut milk, and lavender bitters to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.
  • Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
  • Add an edible flower or sprig of lavender for an enchanting finish.
