  • 1 bottle of Prosecco chilled
  • 1 cup Limoncello chilled
  • 1 cup pineapple juice chilled
  • Fresh pineapple slices for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the glasses:

  • Start by preparing your serving glasses. You can use rocks glass or any other cocktail glass.

Mix the cocktail:

  • In a large pitcher, combine the chilled Prosecco, Limoncello, and pineapple juice. Stir gently to mix. If you prefer a less strong cocktail, you can add the club soda to dilute it slightly and add a bit of fizz.

Serve:

  • Pour the cocktail into the prepared glasses.
