Ingredients

  • Handful of fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • 2 oz coconut milk
  • Pineapple slices for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  • Add a handful of ice to the blender, followed by the fresh pineapple chunks, coconut rum, and coconut milk.
  • Blend until the mixture reaches your desired slushy consistency.
  • Pour the blended mixture immediately into a rocks glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple slice and maraschino cherry.
  • Serve and enjoy!

  • For a thicker consistency, use frozen pineapple chunks or add more ice.
