Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pineapple Vodka you can also use plain vodka and add pineapple juice
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed (about 4-6 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup Simple Syrup adjust based on your sweetness preference
  • 2 cups Water
  • Lemon Slices and Pineapple Chunks for garnish
  • Mint Leaves optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Strawberry Puree:
  • Blend the fresh strawberries until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds, if desired.
  • Mix the Drink:
  • In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple vodka, strawberry puree, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and water. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
  • Adjust Flavors:
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more simple syrup or lemon juice as needed.
  • Serve:
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the lemonade over the ice, and garnish with lemon slices, pineapple chunks, and mint leaves if using.
