Pink Mountain Apple Rum Cocktail

- 4 oz mountain apple juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- 1.5 oz Dark Rum
- Mountain apple slices for garnish
- Lime wedge for garnish
Fill a highball or rocks glass with ice, then pour in the fresh mountain apple juice and lime juice.
Stir gently to combine the juices.
Slowly pour the Koloa Dark Rum over the back of a spoon to float it on top of the juice.
Garnish with a few slices of fresh mountain apple and a lime wedge.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
