Pomegranate Gin and Tonic

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 4 oz tonic water
  • 2 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • Pomegranate arils for garnish
  • Lime wedges for garnish
  • Rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a glass with a few pomegranate arils and crushed ice.
  • Pour 2 oz of gin over the ice.
  • Add 4 oz of tonic water to the glass.
  • Stir in 2 oz of pomegranate juice and 1 oz of lime juice.
  • Add a few lime wedges to the glass.
  • Stir a few times to combine all the ingredients.
  • Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and sprinkle additional pomegranate arils on top.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
