Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rum
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Pomegranate Juice
  • 4-5 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Rosemary Sprig
  • 1 Slice of Lime for garnish
  • 1 Mint Leaf Sprig for garnish
  • Prosecco or Sparkling Water

Instructions

  • Add rum, lime juice, pomegranate juice, mint leaves, and the rosemary sprig to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds to blend the flavors.
  • Fill a large cocktail or wine glass three-quarters full with ice.
  • Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
  • Top off the glass with Prosecco or sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a fresh lime slice and a mint leaf sprig.
  • Enjoy your Pomegranate Rosemary Mojito!
