Ingredients

  • 1 oz dry gin
  • 1 oz ruby port
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz cinnamon syrup
  • 1 tsp cranberry preserves
  • Mint sprig for garnish
  • blackberry and raspberry for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the dry gin, ruby port, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup, and cranberry preserves.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with crushed or cracked ice.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and a skewer of blackberry and raspberry.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

  • For a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any bits of cranberry preserves.
  • Adjust the sweetness by using more or less cinnamon syrup according to your preference.
