Ingredients

  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 0.5 oz Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 oz pumpkin spice syrup
  • 2 oz half & half
  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions

  • Start by chilling your serving glass. Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the dark rum, Irish cream liqueur, pumpkin spice syrup, and half & half.
  • Cap the shaker and shake vigorously until the ingredients are well mixed and chilled.
  • Discard the ice water from the glass and strain the shaken mixture into the chilled serving glass.
  • Add a garnish of your choice, such as a sprinkle of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick, and serve immediately.

  • For an extra creamy texture, consider using heavy cream instead of half & half.
