Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin butter
  • 1 egg white
  • Dash of cinnamon powder or cinnamon sticks for garnish
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, pumpkin butter, and egg white.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about a minute to ensure the ingredients are well mixed and the egg white becomes frothy.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled coup glass, ensuring a smooth, silky texture.
  • Garnish the drink with a dash of cinnamon or cinnamon sticks and a sprig of fresh thyme for an aromatic finish.
