Gin, cream, egg white, and citrus shaken to froth.

  • Add gin, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, orange flower water, egg white, and heavy cream to a shaker.
  • Shake vigorously without ice for about 10 seconds.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  • Top with soda water and give it a gentle stir.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist if desired.
  • Enjoy your drink.
