- 1 bottle of dry red wine 750 ml
- 8 ounces raspberry liqueur
- 4 ounces brandy
- 2 ounces simple syrup adjust to taste
- 8 ounces raspberries
- 1 orange sliced
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 lime sliced
- 8 ounces soda water club soda or sparkling water
Prepare the Fruit:
Rinse the fresh raspberries and set them aside.
Slice the orange, lemon, and lime into thin rounds, removing any seeds.
Mix the Sangria:
In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, raspberry liqueur, brandy, and simple syrup. Stir well to mix.
Add the Fruit:
Add the fresh raspberries, and the slices of orange, lemon, and lime to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
Serve:
Just before serving, add the soda water to the pitcher and stir gently.
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sangria over the ice, making sure to include some of the fruit in each glass.
