Ingredients

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 bar spoon honey
  • 1 scoop raspberry sorbet
  • Prosecco
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, honey, and a scoop of raspberry sorbet.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled and the sorbet is slightly melted.
  • Strain the mixture into a Champagne flute or coupe glass.
  • Top with Prosecco.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries.
