Ingredients

  • 2 oz Chili-infused Vodka
  • 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 oz Hot Chocolate slightly cooled
  • Cocoa Powder for rimming
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper for garnish
  • Whipped Cream for topping
  • Whole Red Chili Pepper for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine cocoa powder and a small pinch of cayenne pepper on a plate.
  • Moisten the rim of a martini glass with water or chocolate liqueur, then dip it into the cocoa-cayenne mixture, coating the rim evenly.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the chili vodka, chocolate liqueur, and slightly cooled hot chocolate.
  • Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to chill and blend the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  • Top the drink with a swirl of whipped cream for a festive and creamy finish.
  • Lightly dust the whipped cream with cayenne pepper for an extra spicy touch.
  • Garnish with a whole red chili pepper for a striking visual and thematic flair.
