Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 oz rum
  • 1/4 oz Blue Curacao
  • 1/4 oz grenadine syrup
  • 4 oz Pina Colada mixer
  • Pineapple soaked in Master of Mixes Blue Curacao for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Glass:

  • Rim the glass with some Blue Curacao to give it a blue tint.

Make the Red Layer:

  • Pour 1/4 oz of grenadine syrup into the bottom of the glass.

Make the White Layer:

  • In a blender, combine 2 oz of rum and 4 oz of Pina Colada mixer.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Slowly pour this mixture over the back of a spoon into the glass to create the white layer on top of the red grenadine.

Make the Blue Layer:

  • Carefully pour 1/4 oz of Blue Curacao over the back of a spoon to float it on top of the white layer.

Garnish:

  • Skewer the pineapple soaked in Master of Mixes Blue Curacao and place it on the rim of the glass.
