  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 6 oz milk plus a bit extra for froth
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • Chocolate sprinkles for garnish
  • Milk froth for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour 6 oz of milk into a microwave-safe mug and heat in the microwave until it reaches a comfortable drinking temperature.
  • Stir in the raw cacao powder, mixing until fully dissolved and smooth.
  • Add the dark rum, stirring gently to combine.
  • In a mixing glass, froth a small amount of additional milk using a milk frother or whisk until it forms a light, creamy froth.
  • Pour the milk froth on top of the hot chocolate mixture.
  • Garnish with chocolate sprinkles and serve warm.
