Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz salted caramel vodka
  • 1.5 oz cold brew
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 0.25 oz buttershots
  • Small pinch of flaky sea salt
  • Caramel sauce
  • espresso beans for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the salted caramel vodka, cold brew, coffee liqueur, and butterscotch schnapps to a cocktail shaker.
  • For extra froth, dry shake the ingredients without ice for about 10–15 seconds.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside of a coupe or martini glass, then sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the caramel.
  • Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with three espresso beans and serve.

Pro Tips

  • Use well-chilled cold brew. Starting cold helps the drink reach the right temperature faster.
  • Do the dry shake first. This gives the ingredients a chance to aerate before ice is added.
  • Shake firmly with ice. A strong second shake gives the drink better chill and texture.
