Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

- 2 oz salted caramel vodka
- 1.5 oz cold brew
- 1 oz coffee liqueur
- 0.25 oz buttershots
- Small pinch of flaky sea salt
- Caramel sauce
- espresso beans for garnish
Add the salted caramel vodka, cold brew, coffee liqueur, and butterscotch schnapps to a cocktail shaker.
For extra froth, dry shake the ingredients without ice for about 10–15 seconds.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.
Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside of a coupe or martini glass, then sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the caramel.
Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
Garnish with three espresso beans and serve.
Pro Tips
- Use well-chilled cold brew. Starting cold helps the drink reach the right temperature faster.
- Do the dry shake first. This gives the ingredients a chance to aerate before ice is added.
- Shake firmly with ice. A strong second shake gives the drink better chill and texture.
