Ingredients

  • 2 oz cinnamon-infused bourbon whiskey
  • 0.5 oz amaretto liqueur
  • 0.5 oz heavy cream
  • 1 egg
  • Grated nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the cinnamon whiskey, amaretto, egg, and heavy cream to a cocktail shaker.
  • Perform a dry shake (shaking without ice) for 15–20 seconds to emulsify the ingredients and create a creamy texture.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled sour or cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with a light dusting of freshly grated nutmeg and serve immediately.
