- 1 oz tamarind concentrate
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz agave syrup

If rimming the glass, start by moistening the edge of a rocks glass with a lime wedge and dipping it into Tajín seasoning. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine mezcal, tamarind concentrate, lime juice, and agave syrup.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass and serve immediately.
